Andy Aroditis co-founded NextGate with the mission to deliver robust, real-world, affordable Enterprise Master Patient Indexing technology and implementation services. As CEO, he has successfully led the company to prominence and expanded the offerings to accommodate other critical healthcare indexing applications, as well as solutions in the broader Master Data Management marketplace. With more than 25 years of industry experience, Mr. Aroditis is adept at streamlining and improving productivity for healthcare institutions through information technology. Prior to NextGate, Mr. Aroditis managed healthcare implementations as the Director of Professional Services for Sun Microsystems (formerly SeeBeyond). Mr. Aroditis and his team successfully implemented eIndex/eView, eGate and the Java CAPS Suite at over 200 payer and provider locations. While at SeeBeyond, he was one of the original architects of the Enterprise Master Patient Index (EMPI) and he contributed significantly to the adoption of this revolutionary technology. Additionally, Mr. Aroditis worked as Programming Manager for UniHealth, an Integrated Delivery System based in Southern California, served as Chief Technology Officer and Vice-President for Smartcard Technology, and contributed as Senior Manager at the consulting firm Ernst and Young. Mr. Aroditis received a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Sciences with Business Orientation from South Bank University in London.

As a noted thought leader in the intricate domain of pattern analysis and probabilistic matching algorithms, Danny Cidon brings innovative and pragmatic solutions to NextGate’s product portfolio. As co-founder and CTO, Mr. Cidon tracks current technology trends and evaluates components appropriate for the company’s solutions. From his years of experience fine-tuning enterprise indexing technology, Mr. Cidon created many of the add-ons that went into making the MatchMetrix Suite the industry’s fastest to implement EMPI. His optimizations improve the accuracy and speed of matching objects as well as enhance the productivity of users through well-organised GUIs and reports. He has overseen the successful implementation of numerous healthcare and commercial EMPI accounts in the United States and Europe. Prior to NextGate, Mr. Cidon worked as a lead software engineer for the eIndex/eView EMPI product of the Sun Microsystems Java CAPS suite. In addition to his software development experience, Mr. Cidon worked as a Sun Microsystems implementation consultant for several years where he was responsible for major healthcare EMPI rollouts for payers, hospitals, and IPAs. Mr. Cidon has a Masters of Computer Science degree from the University of California, Davis.

As co-founder and COO of NextGate, Edy Yang ensures the company vision becomes a reality. With years of experience as a product architect and a lead implementer, Mr. Yang knows what customers expect and he is diligent about delivering practical products and solutions. Mr. Yang has spent the majority of his career in healthcare technology, designing and deploying elegant solutions to complex challenges. His ability to understand the breadth of a situation and devise tactical resolutions lead to sturdy implementations and satisfied customers. Mr. Yang has created solutions for IBM, SeeBeyond and STC, and EFI Services, Inc., a consulting firm. While at SeeBeyond, he participated in the development of the eIndex EMPI and pioneered the installation of the application in a multi-vendor, integrated environment. Mr. Yang has a Computer Engineering degree from University of California, San Diego and a Masters Degree in Computer Engineering from University of California, Irvine.

Greg Rumple has been the Chief Information Security Officer at Nextgate since 2020. Since joining he has led the initiative to obtain both HiTrust and ISO 27001 certifications. He also oversees the IT department, where he has led numerous projects centered around security and compliance, making sure the company devices and networks meet the complex ever evolving requirements. Prior to Nextgate he held CIO and CTO roles at several health care / tech companies. Greg attended Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology pursuing degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics.

As NextGate Solutions Director of Channel Sales, EMEA & APAC, Royston is responsible for maintaining existing and seeking new strategic partnerships and alliances across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia to improve the efficiency and accuracy of healthcare delivery. Royston has been providing enterprise IT solutions to UK Public Sector and international organisations for over 25 years, focused chiefly on solving data quality management, security, and integration challenges in the Healthcare industry. Royston has worked both in the NHS, hospitals in the US and in commercial roles, with Healthcare IT companies in the U.S. and internationally. Gevik’s 7th toy was a computer, and he’s been tinkering with them ever since. As Vice President of Software Engineering, Gevik makes sure the products we develop are reliable, beneficial, supportable, and best-in-class. His expertise and creativity always put him on the front line of software deployments: from troubleshooting complex integrated architectures to developing code, on a Proof of Concept, that is so useful it gets included in the next version of the product. Gevik loves talking about our technology, and is always listening for ways to make it better. When away from the computer, Gevik puts brush to canvas in an abstract or impressionist manner.

Richard is responsible for driving the NextGate brand, developing the community, fostering the experience, and infusing the environment with enthusiasm. Richard has led various teams within the healthcare paradigm from traditional advertising to digital transformation including product promotion, sales pipeline development and account management. He has spoken at various events and led many online group discussions. His approach to the customer is focused on nurturing a lasting customer relationship and promoting the positive exchange of ideas for mutual benefit. Richard graduated with a degree in Marketing from Eastbourne College in the United Kingdom.

Margaret is the in-house Contracts Counsel at NextGate, where she owns and drives the contracting process to align with business strategy and goals, partners cross-functionally on compliance and other legal initiatives, and acts as a trusted legal advisor. She works closely with sales, R&D, professional services, compliance and finance to achieve business objectives, execute on process improvement, and bring innovative offerings to our valuable customers and reseller partners. A graduate of UC Berkeley, USC, and Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, Margaret has spent most of her life in California, where she is blessed with many family and friends. And great weather.

Mary Ann excels at using her professional and personable management skills to forge strong relationships with existing customers and vendor partners. With more than 25 years in healthcare information technology, Ms. Williams has a keen understanding of business workflow and the impact IT has on various aspects of care delivery and financial operations. She has worked with organisations of all sizes and complexities to identify areas for increased efficiency and new business opportunities, helping them achieve their objectives and goals.

Camilla is the Director of Human Resources here at NextGate. She oversees HR systems, employee relations, compliance regulations, assesses staffing needs, hiring, training, compensation, and career planning. Camilla joined NextGate with over a decade of HR and Accounting experience. Her background is primarily in companies in the health care space. Outside of work she is mother to two active teenagers, so it is fair to say her work is never done.
