NextGate Hosting Virtual User Group For Customers

Join NextGate at Community Connect for a Time of Learning and Open Exchange

PASADENA, Calif. – August, 2016 – NextGate, the leading healthcare technology company for patient and provider identity management, will be hosting a virtual user group, Community Connect, for customers from September 12 – 22, 2016. The sessions, most of which were suggested by the NextGate customer community, will cover common and advanced topics and teach participants how to take full advantage of the EMPI, Provider Registry, iDAS and other MatchMetrix® platform products.

Members of the Research & Development, Professional Services and Solution Architect teams will facilitate seven different sessions over the course of eight business days. Each Community Connect session is free and is built to allow open exchange between NextGate and current customers. From a refresher course on DQM to a roundtable discussion on data governance, there is a session to fulfill the needs of each customer and to answer any question relating to the NextGate products.

“Community Connect is our new forum for the helpful exchange of ideas and techniques between our customers and all branches of NextGate,” says Gevik Nalbandian, Vice President of Software Engineering, NextGate. “For a while now, we’ve wanted to create a space where we can provide on-going training, share best practices and collect feedback from customers for inclusion in subsequent releases of our software and implementation methodology. Community Connect gives us all the opportunity to learn, share and contribute to the success of our customers around the globe.”

This virtual user group is in conjunction with and a precursor to NextGate’s first annual user group, Make the Connection!, that will be held June 1 – 13, 2017, at the Laguna Cliffs Resort in Dana Point, CA. Conference attendees will be able to focus on two tracks throughout the event – technical or business. The NextGate executive team and seasoned technical experts will be present at the conference to meet, present and speak with attendees.

Visit Community Connect on the NextGate website for more information and to register for sessions.
