University of Rochester Medical Center Partners with NextGate to Streamline Provider and Organizational Data
Academic Medical Center Leverages NextGate’s Automation and Data Integration Capabilities to Centralize and Reconcile Provider Information Across the Enterprise
PASADENA, Calif., August 29, 2017 – NextGate, a global leader in patient and provider identification, announced today the successful go-live of its Provider Registry at the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC), a leading, integrated academic medical and research facility in Upstate New York.
URMC is the latest organization to implement NextGate’s automated platform to aggregate, de-duplicate and reconcile information from participating providers for a single source of reference, resulting in improved operational efficiency, physician satisfaction and care team collaboration.
The NextGate Provider & Organization Registry brings URMC a centralized view of provider data across its clinical network and automates manual, time consuming processes in managing and updating the master provider information system.
