NextGate Expert to Discuss Patient Matching Innovations and Solutions at Inaugural Health IT Expo

The discussion will take place on May 31 at 1:30 p.m. and will be moderated by prominent health IT thought leader Shahid Shah.
In addition to providing tips for managing patient matching, panelists will focus on the challenges associated with properly maintaining an EMPI, why a national patient identifier is not enough for delivering a longitudinal health record, and how new innovations like cloud computing can help organizations improve the integrity of their data and reduce duplicate patient records.
