Nebraska Health Information Initiative enables statewide COVID-19 data collection and reporting

New KM World article highlights the work of Nebraska’s health information exchange to track the spread and hotspots of the COVID-19 pandemic. Using EMPI technology from NextGate, the Nebraska Health Information Initiative (NEHII), launched its COVID-19 data-monitoring dashboard, connecting patient data from across the state to monitor the virus outbreak, enabling a rapid response.
